Traditional agencies need to understand that this is just the tip of the iceberg. Digital agencies understand ROI and audience segmentation better than most traditional players, and clients want that type of thinking.

Currently, it’s easier for digital agencies to encroach into traditional turf, as Tribal DDB has done, than it is for old line agencies to get great at digital.
